Changing perspectives

You know it’s funny, throughout my life always been trying to struggle, trying to figure out what it is I want to do with my life. I’ve always loved photography, writing, traveling, the ocean, diving, computers, video games, as well as TV and movies; however, I never really was able to articulate what I wanted to do with my life.

I knew I wanted to contain at least one if not more of those things, but which ones. I would spend hours soul-searching, reading books, watching videos, taking useless courses, sickly doing anything I could to try and find my way. Trying to find my true north.

Having figured it out now, or least hopefully, I have this new direction this new compelling label going on with my life. Now I need the dedication and persistence required to make my dreams come true.

It really is changing my perspective on things.

I want to take this newfound direction and use it to my advantage. I have the motivation now, I’m learning to what, where, why, how, to make this happen. It’s not going to be easy, but I have a feeling it is going to be the most rewarding journey I have ever taken in my entire life.

So for starting there has to be school, there has to be learning inside and out, lots of practice, and I have to find a way to do more than 24 hours in a day. It sounds funny, but the simple art of maintaining a full-time job well trying to learn new things and follow your dreams, is not as easy as you might think.

My hopes are that perhaps maybe I can find a mentor either in real life for online, someone who could help guide me in the right direction to show me what is I need to go when I need to do and what I need to not do.

Bottom line is we need to dedicate a lot of my time to this. That includes riding every day, every single day whether it’s for me or Game Rant or just a little handwritten thank you card, and start taking regular pictures at least once a week, taking as many opportunities as I can to help hone my photography and writing skills.

I think the first step, to really be to find a mentor. Not is going to take time. When I want to, but my dreams are, something a lot of people really hope for but never necessarily achieve. One which even. I would be successful. I want to be happy.

So, I began my search for mentor in travel writing.

Then, I will plan a sweet trip to spend my vacation on. Somewhere I’ve always wanted to go, and never been.

Maybe Greece

But first a mentor.

Anyone out there?
